What We Don't Cover
For safety, liability, and quality reasons, the following are excluded from all services unless specifically arranged.
- Chandeliers
Light bulbs
- Fly screens (can be included upon request at an additional cost)
- Fireplaces or biohazards (e.g. blood, faeces, excessive mould)
- Silicon or grout remediation
- Removal of mineral deposits (e.g. toilet bowl stains, hard water stains)
- Removal of pet hair embedded deep in carpet fibres
- Picture rails, stickers, adhesive hooks
- High-reach areas
- Rubbish bin cleaning
- Shifting or rearranging of furniture
- Pet odour treatment
- Cleaning under or behind large furniture or appliances
- Dishwashing or putting away kitchen items
- Any task that may result in damage to the property
- Deep stain removal that requires professional third-party intervention
- We do not guarantee stain removal (including stained grout or silicon)
- Major Mould Cleaning (can be included upon request at an additional cost)
